State-X/New Forms
11th and 12th of December in The Hague, the Netherlands..the State-X/New forms festival with a touch of Streaming Festival.Earlier this year we received a proposal from the State-X/New forms festival - Paard van Troje to compose a film program for the sixth edition of this music and arts festival.
Since we believe that "Paard van Troje" has been one of the most vivid icons of The Hague underground scene for more than 35 years, we didn’t hesitate before we said yes. So for the next two days you can enjoy a selection of films shown at previous editions of the Streaming Festival, on the big screen and in front of a live audience. We selected nearly 30 artists that represent audio visual art in an eclectic, obscure or outstanding manner. View the complete programs below, but first have a peak at what the State-X/New forms is really about.
The sixth edition of the State-X New Forms Festival. Once again HPC and Paard van Troje have joined forces to bring some of the best and most anticipated acts of the current international underground movements to Den Haag. As in previous years the program has been compiled along the themes X-plore (what are new developments in the experimental popmusic-scene?), X-plain (what inspired and triggered those developments?) and X-pect (what will possibly happen in the future?).
